has anyone got the recipe for things to put in filo pastry roll things?!
I use to buy Filo Pastry and in a bowl whip some eggs and zucchini but I can't remember what else I put in it then I wrapped the mixture up in the filo pastry and put it in the oven for a few minutes
does anyone know what else you could put in it or have the recipe ir even know what I'm talking about?

i'd suggest Spanakopida, which is a Greek dish. It is a mixture of spinach, feta cheese, onion, and a few other things that have slipped my mind, all wrapped into a triangular package of phillo dough.
I'm afraid I don't have a recipe in my computer, but it shouldn't be hard to find one with Google.
