What's a good butter or marjorine substitute for?!

Question: What's a good butter or marjorine substitute for?
baked potatoes? Low fat. No tomatoes.

Answers:

Low fat yogurt. I like Greek yogurt.
If you do not have any try that bottle of salad dressing on the door of the refrigerator. Almost any will work, Ranch is good, Italian.

Low fat mayonnaise, fat free or low fat cream cheese, greek yogurt, olive oil mixed w/ garlic and herbs, low fat Ranch dressing and any of Campbell's creamed soups mixed w/ less water. I have a friend that swears mustard is really good, but I, personally have not tried it.

I am diabetic and have worked with a nutrtionist, besides having cooked for 45 years! LOL
