Ruby Tuesday has some croutons that are made of this brown bread. Does anyone know what it is?!
The croutons are not hard crunchy, if that makes any sense. Does anyone know where to buy some in or near Huntsville, AL?

You can make them at home. cut some pumpernickel bread into cubes and slightly toast them. Toss with a little olive oil, garlic powder and seasoned salt and re-toast.
They are Pumpernickel Croutons. I'm not from Alabama but here is a super simple recipe. :)
