What sauce would taste better?!
I'm making sauteed bell peppers tonight with chicken. My choices of sauces for the chicken are Sesame Ginger or Chipotle Lime. Which would work better? With the peppers I'm going to lightly season them (they have a good natural flavor) with a little bit of olive oil. If you have any other ideas for sauces please provide your input, I however can't get to the store so maybe a good idea for next time.

I think definitely the Sesame Ginger with only bell peppers. I think the Chipotle Lime flavor would not come through enough with the peppers alone. The Sesame Ginger would give you more of a Oriental flavor. I think the Chipolte would be good with a mixture of mild veggies with only a few peppers or used alone over the chicken.
