So I got one but there are no directions on it so what are they?

It may be a new HEB product. You can check their web site ( http://www.heb.com/product/H-E-B-Soups/3… ) or call them toll-free 1-800-432-3113. They are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
