What is the most intimidating thing for you to cook?!

French foods like Croquembouche or souffle.

Also I'm yet to try making Thai red curry (or any curries) from scratch. I love it but its looks really easy to stuff up.

And chinese foods like dumplings and wonton soup.

And seafood.

And sushi.

I can bake though, I'm good at that :)

Yeah I agree with most here.....it has got to be baking cakes, cookies, icing, and generally those dessert recipes.....seems like sometimes there is a magic element that goes on that one little mis-measurement or poor technique ruins the whole thing. Very fussy.

Now let me make main course food and I am off and running...no problems.

baking is the most difficult thing to do well, especially pastries.

Icing a cake or using a piping bag for decorating things.

I can't bake.
I try and try and try, but just can't seem to get it right. ):
