Needing help on Greek dishes?!
In my history class (I'm in middle school) I'm doing a Greek project with my friend.We decided to do 2 Greek dishes.One main dish & a dessert.Possibly from Ancient Greece or any Religious foods.I'm wondering if you guys have any ideas on what to make?For dessert I wanted to do Galatoboureko.But I want to know where Galatoboureko came from,any Greek ingredients,etc to it since we have to write about what we're making.Soo any ideas on what 2 dishes we could make?

You could make baklava for dessert and Spanakopita for main dish.
