Question: For Ambur biryani how much ingredients are needed?

I am planning to serve Ambur biryani on a birthday party. I want to know how much raw rice(basmathi) is needed(exact value/quantity, for normal adult- approximate will do, some say 60g per person) to cook ambur biriyani. And do include chief ingridients which make bigger quantity and take more money - like rice, chicken, and any content of larger quantity or costlier item.

I am trying to estimate the amount, so please help.
