The possibilities are endless and are limited only by the contents of your pantry, your patience and skills (No insult intended)
Simplest would be Salisbury Steak with gravy or Ground Beef Stroganoff is also pretty simple.
If you want to get a little more interesting, you can try noodles Milanese or Tagliarini, or a Beef Pot Pie. recipes below/ SORRY, NO ROOM FOR THE BEEF AND CHEDDAR POT PIE. IF YOU WANT IT, SEND ME AN E-MAIL.

Try a Shepard's pie or in Dominican terms Patelone de papa. Mash up some potatoes with some garlic, salt, milk and some Parmesan cheese. Then Cook up your ground beef (season to your liking). Butter or Spray the bottom of a oven safe pan, layer half the potatoes than add the meat on top. You can add some cheese on top of the meat. Then layer on the last half of the Potatoes, cover with mozzarella and bake at 375 till light golden brown. Its DELICIOUS!!!
