how to make 400 kilograms of strawberry jam?!
i am doing an assignment, and i cannot find the exact amount of ingredients to make this proportion of jam. most recipes i look at don't even say how much jam it will make, so i can't really work it out for myself.

Most recipes will give you the amount they will and you would just have to extrapolate the quantities.

All of the jam recipes on this page make approximately 1.5kg of jam. Multiply the quantities of ingredients (by 266.66) to give you a recipe for 400kg.
By golly, that's a lot of jam!
You would have to estimate based on amount of strawberries required in the recipes . That is a lot of jam 400 kg x 2.2046 = 881.84 lbs.
