Question: What side dishes will go well with Baked Ham Mac and Cheese?
I'm making my boyfriend and I Baked Ham Mac and Cheese for a Valentines Day dinner, but I can't think of any side dishes that would good with it. Any suggestions?! We're both very picky eaters.

Potato chips

Salad. Some nice greens to balance out the dairy and meat groups. A nice refreshing side dish. Or if you don't like salad, maybe a glass of apple juice? or orange juice?

Salad and a nice steamed vegetable. Asparagus or green beans or cauliflower or brussel sprouts all come to mind.

You can never go wrong with a salad or steamed veggies.

Baked sweet potato goes good with ham.Corn on the cob or just canned corn would complete the meal.Bake a cake for dessert.

Lightly steamed fresh green beans tossed with a little vinegar and oil and topped with sliced almonds!

Mashed potatoes
Corn
Peas
