Can I make a quiche without adding cheese?!

Question: Can I make a quiche without adding cheese?
All the video's ?I have watched have cheese. Run out of cheese at home :(

I could add eggs to make it stick together aswell as broccoli, mushrooms, onions, etc.. as ingredients.

Can I do it without cheese?

Thanx.

I bought the pastry base, can I put it in with the tin foil provided?

And how long should I keep it in the oven?

Thank you.

Answers:

it already has eggs in it other wise it would not bake to the texture it has since in essence you are making a custard.
Skip the cheese, it should be fine but you will be missing a part of the good flavor of a quiche.
bake at 350 until set in the middle and when you insert a knife it come out clean, about an hour or so depending on your oven.
Less time if it is a small quiche.

make 8-10 quiche at work every day.

you can make quiche without cheese as long as you have enough eggs to bind your filling together.
just keep it in the oven until the eggs look set and it has become a nice golden colour. depending on your oven this can be anywhere from 15-30 minutes
