Are cocoa puffs a good choice?!

Good fats would be fats in avocado, almonds, and walnuts; also, you do need some fat in your diet and not just during the weekends or else you will gain weight. Cocoa puffs is not bad for the weekend since you are going to splurge on the weekends, but I can say that it is not healthy. It might have some fiber but I would rather get in from my whole wheat bread.
it is ultimately not the healthiest choice you can make, but every once in a while and in moderation it is fine. just dont go having it every single day!
Cocoa puffs would not be high on my list for a low cal, nutritious breakfast.
