Does anyone still use a Spong Mincer?!

My mother had one and always used it on Mondays to mince the remains of the Sunday joint mixed with bread crumbs to make it go further, and made Sheppards pie (as regular as clockwork). Just looked on EBay and cannot believe the price they are asking for a used one!! Especially now you can buy meat already minced (quality unknown, though). I had one way back in 1970's. Perhaps I should have kept hold of it !!

I just looked it up and we in the south call that a grinder and yeah i have one of those but i dont use it.
