What goes best with smoked turkey legs?!

Question: What goes best with smoked turkey legs?
I'm cooking smoked turkey legs tonight and I'm looking for side dishes that would pair well with it. I want to try something different than what you would normally find with turkey (like mashed potatoes or simple veggies)... Especially since I'm looking to impress a friend who travels a lot. Any suggestions?

With a green salad

I'd recommend no fuss potato salad made with 50/50 mayo and yogurt. Also easy green salad with tomatoes sliced and easy vinaigrette or balsamic and olive oil. Not expensive white wine loads of really nice not expensive ones.Bon appetite!

mashed potatoes and carrots and hot rolls

greens and corn bread.
macaroni and cheese
scallop potatoes
