What to serve with Taco Soup?!

Question: What to serve with Taco Soup?
I'm making taco soup for dinner. It is topped with corn chips, sour cream, & jalepenos. My boyfriend and dad are eating it so I want to make something else with it so it will be filling! Any suggestions?

You can make it more filling by adding chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked/canned and whizzed in a blender, and by adding avocado and tomato to the toppings. If that's still not enough, serve it with cornbread.

The toppings sound good but what is going In the soup.

Adding some beans would be good. I know someone suggested chicken peas but I would go with black beans.

Is there corn in the soup? If so then you have the veggies taken care of.

Serve with corn bread, tortillas for dunming, or even serve over rice.

Serve the soup inside bread bowls instead of a regular bowl. It'll add a touch of fanciness to your dinner table, plus it's more filling!
