Question: Whats the diference of fryed plain skinless chicken breast with nothing else on it plain and grilled?

Fried means it's cooked in oil in a hot pan, on a stove.

Grilled means it's cooked under fire...either a charcoal or a fuel powered grill. (bbq)



fried adds alot of oil which too much of is bad for you (but it tastes good) and grilling drains alot of juices out i think it taste ok but not as good as fried



one is put in oil and fried
the other is put in a grill and grilled
