Question: I'm trying to find a recipe for the dolcini from Olive Garden. Any ideas?

My boyfriend and I ate at Olive Garden and they had these desserts you could choose 3 of for $6.95. We chose the almond tiramisu, chocolate mousse with dark chocolate cake, and limoncello mousse with white cookie crust. I know they are called verrines, but I can't find any recipes online.
