Is there a danger of getting sick from lobster tails?!

Question: Is there a danger of getting sick from lobster tails?
Are these frozen and fresh lobster tails able to get me sick like a live one uncooked properyl. I saw one fresh tail and it looks like the prep time is less than live lobster (which I would never make).

Answers:

they sound like they may be pre cooked to me..

if they are pink or red . this a sign they are pre cooked.
most frozen ones are . they wont make you sick..

if they are black or dark in colour.. they will need to be cooked through.. and there is a chance you could be sick... all you can eat most good fresh fish raw within 48 hours of catching. (sushi)
but i advise cooking ..
also,
a general roule is if they smell overly fishy they are may on the turn, and is not at its best (this apply s to fresh fish only. frozen fish should be fine for a few days after defrosting ..

yes, just like all seafood, if undercooked, there is a chance of making you ill.
