Caesar Salad (revised)?!

Question: Caesar Salad (revised)?
Okay so long story short I HAte Lettuce but have adapted to only eating Caesar Salad (nope still can't spell it)

And u only it eat with a lot of dressing BUT its All natural!
And I kinda need alotta curtons too but they're ORGANIC!
And just a bit of parmesean cheese

So with all these things is the salad unhealthy??

Answers:

depends what the dressing is. if its like ranch, then not really. it would qualify as a medium healthy level. if its a vinaigrette then yeah the salad is healthy

It's healthier than junk food, I know that much! :)
However, for a salad, it does not sound very healthy. Have you tried mixing in fruits and/or nuts? Strawberries, apples, pears, mandarin or orange segments- that sort of thing? Because I hate salad too, for the most part. But I love fruit, and the sweetness of it really makes just about any salad taste much better- plus it's healthy!
(I love croutons, too, and their being organic is a pretty big bonus. But try not to use too many if you can help it. It's still a LOT of calories and who-knows-what-else that your body probably doesn't really need.) Try this website for great salad ideas:

Natural and organic has nothing to do with fat and calories.
Yes, too much dressing and croutons make it unhealthy.
Even lots of oil and vinegar dressing is fatty. Oil is oil and even if it is a healthy kind, too much of a good thing is still too much.

all natural does NOT equal health
saturated fats from the egg is still natural
all the salt from the worchester, anchoives, and parmesan cheese is all natural
crutons carbohydates are natural
===============================
its not bad, but in exess it can be.
