Healthy Sandwhich recipes?!


Question: Healthy Sandwhich recipes?
I'm in college and I have recently been really into sandwhiches like at Urban Cafe (the club sandwhich is my favorite) and I want to be able to make something like that at home because I feel that it will be cheaper than getting a sandwhich 3 times a week

I'm also kinda picky, I loveeeeee Avocado and will try pretty much anything with that

I hate tomatoes and onions though and that seems to be a major component of recipes I've found online

any tips or great recipes???

A modified chicken club

Toasted bread
avocado slices
grilled chicken breast
lettuce
mayo (little bit)
dijon mustard
salt & pep
mozzarella cheese

One of my favorites (doesn't involve avocados, sorry) but I like to spread softened (fat free) cream cheese over my bread (almost any kind will work) then layer with slices of turkey and/or chicken. I really like cranberries, so I always spread some cranberry jelly on top. It's pretty simple, but it tastes amazing, and looks really fancy. It's actually something I've had at restaurants before. ( that's where I first got the idea)
