I understand food allergies well.

Peanut Butter is rich in complex carbohydrates, protein, and fats. A very nutritious food source.

There are only 2 foods a human can survive on if they ate that one food and nothing else, for longer than 12 months.

Peanuts and Dog food. True info, you can look it up.

So, your body craves something it detects in the smell of peanut butter.

I enjoy a peanut butter milkshake, homemade, with organic milk and organic vanilla ice cream, but you cant do that, can you?

mixing warmed up peanut butter with rice crispies, and then letting it cool, can be a delicious snack, can you do that?

there are natural peanut butters with no added sugars, or preservatives. I use em.

Also, check out Almond butter. Its insanely good.

Take care.

Makes you feel better, I used to have all of your stated allergies, but recovered from all except glutens, which I must still avoid.

I dont know what I did, but I am now able to have dairy. Its SO nice, I hope you luck out too.

I started craving peanut butter when I was pregnant. But its been a year and a half since I had my son and I still crave it and eat it all the time, so who knows? Maybe it is the protein or it just plain tastes good!

well it could mean that your just craving something lol which is normal or it could possibly mean you may be pregnant is that a possibility?
