can i cook anything with canola oil spray?!
i used it for the first time today.but i was wondering can i cook anything in a pan with canola oil spray?the only thing i can think of cooking is eggs! is that all i can make?

Chicken, fish, whatever- it's nice because it helps the food from sticking and it doesn't impart a flavor. Can also use oil spray for cookie sheets and baking pans for your dessert items.
It works great with anything you don't want sticking to the pan. Try it with pancakes.
