kind of depends on a lot of things. what are your personal tastes? vegetarian? like to cook or is it a dreaded task? big family dinner or small meal for just you?

if you don't want to spend a lot of time on dinner, you could always just make a pasta dish. angel hair pasta with marinara sauce is simple and delicious. You can make your own sauce, of course, but using a jar of your favorite works just as well (as a hint, if you squeeze a lemon and add a sprig of cilantro to a jar of marinara sauce while warming it up it gives it an amazing flavor!).

I personally love cooking! I especially love making Italian food. Chicken Parmiagana is a favorite and it's not actually very difficult to make. Here's a link to one of my favorites Parm recipes:

it gives a marinara sauce recipe too, but if you don't want to spend hours on a sauce you can again just buy a jar.
