How to measure cake mix?!
So normally when I make cupcakes I use the cake mix out of the box, this time I bought a huge bag of the cake mix, so now I have to measure the cups of cake mix, I was wondering if I have to pack the cake mix into the measuring cup or do I just measure it loosely???

loosely.... packing it down will alter the recipe
Sift it, and measure it using the "dip-level-pour" method. It can be packed down in the shipping process.
you really need to use a measuring cup!
