Would it be okay to refrigerate cake balls I just baked until Monday?!
there was a little mix up and I was planning to bring them to school tomorrow but I have to bring them on monday. Will they still be good and what should I store them in?

Freeze them. Place them on a baking tray and put them inthe freezer for qa couple hours or over night. Then slide into a ziplok baggie. Thaw Out ofthe baggoe Sunday night or even Monday morning.
More than ok just put them in a closed container. Nothing will happen.
