I have tasted this dessert dish from Mccormick & Schmicks and It is so delicious and rich I just have to make some! Thanks for all your help!!

This recipe doesn't include the red wine, but I just got this today from Cuisine at Home and thought it looks really good. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as well! I'm going to make it Sunday.
