I love Ina Garten and Giada deLaurentis on Food Network. I make both of their recipes often. Alton Brown is good too- but sometimes he makes things more complicated than it needs to be.
Everyday Italian and Barefoot Contessa because they keep foods simple but they turn out elegant and sophisticated. I've tried a lot of their recipes and the food is tasty.
