Anything fried is not really good for you. Also when you fry garlic it tends to become bitter tasting. However garlic itself is really good for you. It has antibiotic properties.

Garlic does have benefits but cooking it will kill some of those benefits. Frying it in oil will make it and eating it alone is unhealthy because it would contain plenty of oil. I suggest you add the garlic to other fried foods to make them slightly healthier.

Yes,garlic is good in any form.I always add it to stir fry. Some people are down on fried foods and they really aren't bad at all.People have been eating fried foods for thousands of years and only recently do we have such a problem with obesity. It is not the fried food that causes it.

Anything that is fried isn't good for you I'm afraid, as Oil is essentially fat. But garlic isn't bad for you and gives a great taste to food and dishes. It won't count for any vegetable 5 a day things though. x

Garlic is good for health. But fried garlic will have a certain percentage of fat content. Then again anything in moderation is fine. Don't overdo it.
