Question: I need some assistance around designing a fire and ice themed menu?
I need to design a finger menu around the theme fire and ice. I want to incorporate "FIRE" & "ICE" into the food

you could make some very hot spicy food for the fire and cold soups like Vichysoise or Gazpacho for example then serve shrimp on a bed of finely crushed Ice and a hot sauce for dip

You can find glass cubes that are meant to look like ice and use them as a means of serving food such as meatballs. It would be interesting to see meatballs placed on a bowl of "ice cubes".
