Can I substitute one percent milk for whole milk?!

Question: Can I substitute one percent milk for whole milk?
I am making Tiramisu and the recipe calls for 1/4 cup of whole milk. Would one percent be okay instead?

Answers:

For a dish as rich as tiramisu, I would go with the whole milk. But if your regular milk you have in your fridge happens to be 1% then yes, use that. It'll be fine. Personally, I'd go all the way with this dish and not try to make it more healthy. You can buy a pint of whole milk easily just for this recipe.

Not sure what milk is doing in a recipe for tiramisu and not that I would (whole milk adds richness) but you can make the substitution
