What cheese could i use for Cauliflower Fritters besides Pecorino Romano?!

Question: What cheese could i use for Cauliflower Fritters besides Pecorino Romano?
Do you think my local Walmart or Kroger will sell this? I don't even know for sure if it is cheese. I have never heard of it, but please let me know if i could replace this with something else. Thanks :)

Pecorino Romano can be substituted with Parmesan, Grana Padano, assagio or any other dry hard cheese.

Romano is a typical hard cheese that you can find in block or shredded form. You can substitute Parmesan if you want.

actually you can use any cheese you like

Mozzarella or feta would be really tasty but you could use any cheese that you have.
