what's a good cut of steak that isn't too fatty?!

Question: What's a good cut of steak that isn't too fatty?
Not much of a meat eater but I like steak. Always heard big things about Delmonico but it's so fatty I could only eat maybe 1/3 of what was on the plate! What's a good cut that isn't full of fat?

I like the Porterhouse as they aren't a huge steak and has good taste.
There is a strip of fat down one edge that can be easily trimmed away.
(why pay the butcher extra $'s per lb when you can do it yourself)

Beef tenderloin from which filet mignons are cut is very tender without being full of fat.

NY Strip Steak is another good with with some marbeling but not as much as a Rib Eye. It also has a ring of fat around the perimeter that be cut away before or after cooking

the more fat thats on the steak the better. the fat will give it more flavor and make it more juicy and not as tough

Sirloin strip Steak

Filet mig?on
