Toast 2 English muffins

Heat a saute pan over low heat for a few minutes. Carefully put the English muffin pizzas in the pan and toast for 5 minutes. Put the lid on the pan and cook until the cheese melts.
It's difficult to make pizza without an oven, but it actually can be done.
I've done it on a propane-powered flat-topped griddle, with a big cast iron skillet inverted over it to heat the top. I've heard it can be done with gas and charcoal grills as well.
Use a barbecue grill. There is no need to dirty dishes or the oven!

Really good pizza is wood fired anyway. Hardwood chunks in a kettle grill with the lid on is the way to go.
