cooking vegetables in a bag?!
i need help i want to cook peppers sliced and chopped with onions in a roasting bag in the Oven what number my oven is Centigrade electric and do i add water and how long do i cook for thank you

A Delicious way of cooking veggies. Try and make sure the veg are all about the same size, cutting as needed. Place in the parcel with a little seasoning, herbs of choice and a little water (1 - 2 tbsp).
I'd cook at at around 180 as I have a fan oven for around 20-25 mins but you need to check and find the right balance for your oven.
Sure i don't need to tell you but be very careful when opening the parcels as the steam don't half hurt lol!!!!
