deep fried calamari rings

I have to agree with K-Bear. With the Asian salad I would have recommended something light such as grilled salmon or pan-crusted tuna, but with the tomatoes and horseradish potatoes I would recommend heavily flavorful red meat, like a nice medium-rare steak. If I were you, I would save the salad for another night, serve the parmesan baked tomatoes first as a sort of hot salad, and serve a beef steak or roast with the mashed potatoes together as your entree. Yummy!

I would make as a main dish Beef and Broccoli stir fry with the Oriental salad
A nice Roasted chicken breast with the baked tomatoes
And a perfectly cooked steak with the mashed potatoes.

I hope this helps because if you mean all these sides all together in one sitting then I have no idea what to suggest cuz that's a whole lota mixing Shh8t up. lol Good Luck!

What a varied menu you have! Here are some ideas:

1. Roasted Pork Loin Roast with Sage
2. Chateau Brianne, cooked medium rare and seasoned with fresh ground pepper and kosher salt
3. Thick Pork chops stuffed with chopped apricots, apples and thyme, grilled and basted with a apricot/butter mixture.
4. Cornish Game hens glazed with a dark cherry wine sauce

I would not serve all of these sides in one meal...The oriental salad would go well with pork...maybe a corn casserole to finish it off...

The Baked tomatoes would go with chicken...and a nice tossed green salad...

And last...Mashed potatoes and a nice steak...with some fresh green beans...

That is my suggestion....

Good luck..............

i feel like the sides themseves dont go together. you have like asian, italian, and american. i guess you could just slap and entree with it you want because the sides are so mismatched.

Steak au poivre, which is a fancy version of regular steak with black peppercorns.

I agree with the beef suggestion, try this herb & honey-marinated sirloin: http://wp.me/p1l2Zx-1q

You're making me hungry! I think just about anything would go with it--beef, pork, chicken, fish, shrimp. Maybe some kind shrimp or beef stir fry, since you have an oriental salad.

Porter house steak, or Rotisserie chicken or BBQ'd burgers (homemade). mmmm I want some of your yummy food :)

my brain

It is fusion cooking, but my first thought was beef. A good sirloin, ribeye, or filet mignon would be great.

Hmm..hard to say because your sides really don't go together.
