Healthy recipes using chicken breast.?!

Question: Healthy recipes using chicken breast.?
I hardly cook so please keep it simple. Ingredients I have in my fridge: red and yellow peppers, onions and that's it.I think I might have some tortilla wraps but I don't know if that is healthy

Sounds great. You can either cut the breasts into strips and fry them up in a little bit of light oil with your peppers and onions and some spices you have on hand (chili powder, garlic, cumin, etc.) and make some fajitas or you can put all of the peppers, onions, oil, and spices (either the same I mentioned before or whatever else you have on hand. For example: allspice, thyme, nutmeg, cinnamon, and hot chili powder will make jerk chicken!) into a blender then marinate your chicken breast in it for a few hours then grill it or put it under the broiler for about ten minutes on each side. Then you can serve that with some rice or the tortillas. Just make sure the chicken is not pink on the inside when you are done!

Cut the chicken in to strips and put them in a bowl. If you have any mustard and hot sauce you can use that in to marinate with the chicken also ranch dressing in amazing on chicken. Cut the peppers in to strips making sure you get all the seeds out along with the onions and cook them in a skillet until they are not crunchy anymore. add the chicken to the peppers and onions cook until chicken is golden brown. Put the Tortilla wraps in the microwave for about 20 secs in a plate. load the wrap up. (you dont have to use the mustard, hot sauce, or ranch i just think it gives it more flavor.

I cook this all the time

Slice up the chicken breast in very thin slices and cook in alittle olive oil. Also slice up the pepper and onions. Once you brown both sides of the chicken add the veggies and season with lemon pepper. Serve it on a bed of white rice. Good Luck!
