Why does my pasta dough stick to my hands?!
It seems in my research that others do not have this problem. I have lots of patina stuck to my hands every time I make it. I then briskly rub both hands together so it will fall off. That can't be correct.

Put alittle flour on your hands... it will keep the dough from sticking to your hands. Good Luck Cooking
