Question: Liaison College (chef/baking schools?)?

Has anyone attended it, or know anyone who has? What is your opinion on the program. Do you feel it was worth it, did increase your employability? What program did you take? Any other schools you recommend in the general Hamilton Ontario area?

Niagara College in St. Catherines and area has a great culinary program. They have the Canadian Food and Wine Institute.
