Very light seasoning. Either montreal steak seasoning or sea salt and cracked pepper.

I'd recommend the grill...

marinate in tea for 4 hours!! Tea is a natural tenderizer! Does not add flavor or anything else to your lovely steaks.

Now, you can either grill or BROIL a steak. I would NOT bake it!!

I only sprinkle lightly with garlic powder, black pepper, and sometimes a little oregano. Salt AFTER steak is cooked! Salt makes meats tougher!!

the last few minutes before serving brush steak with a good bourbon and slip back into grill or broiler. Adds something special to the steak!!

Salt and pepper, let it sit out for at least 30 minutes before cooking it. This will bring the internal temperature up and help with even cooking, and will also draw out some juices from just the surface of the meat so that it gets a nice brown crust. DON'T bake a t-bone. Grill it, broil it, or fry it.

I'd say grill it or pan-grill it.
Seasoning - none or freshly grounded pepper & rock salt.
Sauces are usually made to compliment steaks, say peppercorn sauce or gorgonzola sauce.
Or you could possibly marinade it first, say, in garlic/ginger/lime/salt/pepper/worcester… sauce (altogether, of course)
Have a lovely meal!

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. If you like you can add in a touch of dried oregano or paprika, but just a bit so not to overwhelm the flavor of the meat. Marinate for at least 45 minutes before grilling.

Hope it helps. Have fun!! Enjoy the romantic dinner!!

Sit the steaks out on the counter (on a plate of course!) about 20 to 30 minutes before you want to start cooking them. Season them well with kosher salt and cracked black pepper. A t-bone steak served with a side of bernaise sauce is excellent!

Plenty of Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Season the meat well, but don't mask the flavor of the meat with herbs and spices

I personally do not like anything, it takes away from the natural good taste of the steak. Some non-flavored meat tenderizer is all.
