Do I need to cook millet before adding it to bread?!
I'm attempting to recreate whole foods "seeduction bread" and it includes millet. I bought some millet, but now I don't know what to do with it. Does it need to be ground up? (I keep reading about millet flour). Or does it need to be cooked first???
thanks :)
thanks :)
Answers:
No, but you can if you want.
It is a flour food, and the moisture in the dough keeps it supple and bakes it while cooking.
I LOVE millet bread
