You can use sauces without tomato...Alfredo sauce works awesome when you put chicken on the pizza. You don't have to use cheese for it to be a pizza, either.

I cook. A lot.

Poor you, some of these answers are so rude. It can still be a pizza, why not try a dough base, with some garlicky butter or green pesto, some little bits of veg like sweetcorn, spinach, fresh basil, some mushrooms and artichokes in olive oil and tuna or meats like chopped sausage. Even anchovy if he'll eat them! You can get dairy free cheese which might make him feel like he's not missing out because of his allergies.

I'm allergic to red/green/yellow peppers and they're in everything too.

You can use some olive oil, which was traditional before tomatoes made it to Europe. For cheese there are some companies like Vegan Gourmet that make non-dairy cheese that does melt. They all taste a little different so you would probably have to experiment to find a cheese substitute he likes.

Thats horrible for your son,i hate allergys!!
You have optons you could use green pesto(herbs)/olive oil/balsamic vinegar/BBQ sauce/bechamel sauce/ as a base to give it some flavour and maybe get soem dairy free cheese?Or make a Calzone.

BTW a pizza without sauce and cheese is a pizza, you can even order one wiithout both from pizza hut in the uK!!

Wow! I am sorry that some of these people are insensitive jerks. You could always do olive oil. It's simple. You could always mix some garlic powder into it and that way it adds a little flavor. Or if he can have butter, heat butter and some seasonings together (like garlic, basil, etc) and that makes a nice little sauce :) Good luck!

Add some veggies you like to the crust. Add some bacon, pepperoni, and diced chicken. Drizzle some olive oil on it. You can add fresh herbs, such as basil, cilantro, the choice is almost endless. P.s., I don't like tomato sauce, and I never cook with it.

Try garlic butter, chicken etc... and almond cheese.

Or you can do taco pizza with refried beans, burger then bake, then top with olives, onions, tomatoes lettuce and salsa sour cream, anmd guac.

Veggie pizza

Um that's not pizza unless you get sauce that doesn't have what ever he's allergic too
