Is lemon chiffon pie supposed to be lumpy before refrigerated?!
I made lemon chiffon pie, but the gelatin caused in the harden and I had to break it up in order order to fold the whites. Now it is lumpy, but it is refrigerating till tomorow. IS it supposed to be lumpy?

Yes. Folding in the whites, will cause it to break up. The egg whites gather too much air. You may have wanted to wait until tomorrow to make it. Can you make a new one?
