Storing Cakes/Cookies with royal icing (with egg white)?!
hey, im making cupcakes and a cake for my dads birthday (tomorow) and im starting some of the work tonight.
I will be using a royal icing made with egg whites and cream of tartar.
Do I need to store it in the fridge because of the egg white? or is it ok in a sealed container on the counter?

A sealed container on the counter is the best way to store baking with royal icing.
