What is the topping for Barefoot Contessa's meatloaf recipe?!
My grandmother claims that she was watching B.C. make meatloaf and is interested in the recipe. she also wants the sauce that she spreads over it. so if anyone knows please answer with teh recipe. thnks :)

This is the recipe for the meatloaf. The topping is just ketchup. If you want a different topping try this:
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon cider or red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Dash of hot sauce
