I have a catfish that's already marinated and spiced-?!
how long do I bake it in the oven for and at what temperature? I looked online and I couldn't find anything, it was for recipes, not things already prepared.

325 degrees for 15- 20 minutes. i would grill it or pan fry it
I would say:
Oven at 375
Bake 1 whole catfish 1-2 lbs. for about 15-20 min. Place on oiled baking sheet or grill pan. Cover in foil. Bake on the middle rack.
Bake 2 whole (deboned) fillets for about 10-15 min. Place on oiled baking sheet or grill pan. Bake on the middle rack.
Bake 4-6 4" pcs. for about 10-15 min. Place on oiled baking sheet or grill pan. Bake on the middle rack.
