What are the kind of waffles that you have with coffee or find in coffee shops? They look like this:

And does anyone have a recipe for them? Thanks!

Answers:

It's called a "Stroopwafel", and they originated in The Netherlands back in the 18th century. I've included a link to a recipe from food.com.
