Panera bread toffee cookie?!

Question: Panera bread toffee cookie?

i went to Panera yesterday and some guy came around with a plate of free cookies. they were the most amazing toffee cookies i've ever had! i was wondering if anyone knew the recipe for them, or a similarly excellent toffee cookie.
