Question: I just got a new bottle of EZ-Sweetz and I want to try it out?
What's a good recipe?

Also, for future reference, since I'm using a liquid sweetener, do I add more flower to the recipe because the lack of sugar?

Pumpkin Muffins

1 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon EZ-Sweetz
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinamon
2 large eggs
1 stick unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup canned pumpkin

Preheat oven to 325C. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and potion into a muffin pan. Yield about 6 -9 muffins. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 30 minutes.

Note: Recipe is based on EZ-Sweetz 2.0oz package. Reduce half amount in recipe if using EZ-Sweetz 0.2oz or 0.5oz packages. in recipe if using EZ-Sweetz 0.2oz or 0.5oz packages.

Coconut Pie

1 cup of unsweetened coconut
35 drops of EZ-Sweetz
? cup of Carbquik
? stick of softened butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup water
1? tsp. of vanilla extract
4 eggs

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9" pie plate.
2. Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or knife inserted comes out clean. Store covered in refrigerator.

Makes 6 slices

Mongo Yogurt Shake
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
? cup skim milk
1 small overripe mongo (slices)
3 drops EZ-Sweetz
? teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ice cubes
1 cup plain low fat yogurt

In blender, blend milks, mongo, EZ-Sweetz, ice cubes, vanilla extract, and yogurt until smooth. Pour into a glass.
Note: Recipe is based on EZ-Sweetz 2.0oz package. Reduce to 1 - 2 drop in recipe if using EZ-Sweetz 0.2oz or 0.5oz packages.

Bread Pudding


3/4 cup salt free bread, cubed
1 whole egg, slightly beaten
4 drops EZ-Sweetz
1-teaspoon vanilla
1 cup of skim milks
1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon



Divide the bread cubes equally into two individual custard cups. Mix egg, EZ-Sweetz, vanilla and milk and pour over the bread cubes equally. Bake at 325 for 1 hour in a pan of water. Sprinkle with cinnamon, add nutmeg as desired. Serves hot or cold.

Reduce half amount in recipe if using EZ-Sweetz 0.5oz or 0.2 oz package.
