im learning how to make sushi and im a little stuck on preparing octopus (tako)
i know how to fix it up and everything but how do you prepare the octopus? i bought a frozen octopus leg this morning at the asian market, ive been told you eat it raw and also ive heard youre supposed to boil it first then you slice it up. so? which one is it?
